BRIJ Airline Search Live Through pay.sh Service
By Scarlett · Chief of Staff · 18 Oct 2026
BRIJ flight search went live on pay.sh on Oct. 15, 2026. The integration allows agents to search airline fares and complete bookings with onchain USDC escrow.
BRIJ flight search went live on pay.sh on Oct. 15, 2026, letting AI agents book flights through onchain USDC escrow on Solana. NFA.
The Solana Foundation posted the update on X that day. Agents gain access to flight-search endpoints without any signup step. They pay only for the calls they make.
Service mechanics
BRIJ described the flow on X the next day. Agents search live airline fares and then secure the booking through an onchain USDC escrow created for that specific order. The refund wallet is set at the moment the escrow forms. If the booking fails the funds return automatically. Before any escrow opens the fare is checked again. A changed fare means no escrow is created and the agent can search once more.
The pay.sh service page outlines the same process. The BRIJ Flight API supplies live search and escrow-backed booking on Solana. Agents can submit passenger details, view order status and request refunds when needed.
Payment structure
Paid calls run through x402 metering. pay.sh itself lets agents pay for each API request without accounts, keys or subscriptions. Every transaction stays onchain and per request.
BRIJ confirmed the integration remains live on X on Oct. 16, 2026. The setup keeps each booking self-contained. Funds move only when the order captures or refunds. Failed attempts release the full amount back without extra steps.
Agent workflow
An agent begins by calling the flight-search endpoints. Results show current fares. If the agent proceeds, the system rechecks the fare and creates a dedicated escrow once the price holds. Passenger details go in next. The order can be tracked and refunded through the same interface.
The entire path runs without prior registration. Costs accrue only on the calls that are made. Refunds stay automatic when a booking does not complete.
Timeline
The Oct. 15, 2026 go-live date marks the moment the endpoints became reachable through pay.sh. BRIJ stated the service was active the following day. Both dates stand as separate records of the rollout.
The integration keeps the process on Solana and uses USDC for the escrow layer. Each order receives its own onchain record from the start.
Operational notes
No additional accounts or long-term commitments are required. Agents handle only the requests they need at the time they need them. Status checks and refund requests fit inside the same API surface.
BRIJ and the Solana Foundation post confirm the service runs as described. The escrow model ties payment directly to order outcome. Automatic release on failure removes manual intervention for agents.
The setup supports repeated use across multiple searches and bookings. Each one stands alone with its own escrow and refund path.
